When you join wings...
Please submit the following:
1. 2008 GFA Player Registration Forms.
2. Wings Player's Information Form (will be used exclusively by Head Coach Yamamoto and for GFA's ID Card).
3. A copy of passport (the page showing a photo and bio data) – for new player only
4. One Photo (size: 1¼” x 1”) – for new player only
5. Fees (Registration is not complete until the registration fee is paid.)
- Wings new member registration fee - $20 ($10 for the second child and thereafter).
- Club dues: $15/month for the first child ($12/month for second child and thereafter) payable semiannually
All checks are payable to WINGS SOCCER CLUB
Please submit Registration Form and fee to the supporting staff of your child’s age division.
NOTE: In order for a player to participate in the GFA's Robbie Weber Youth League, a player must have a valid GFA ID Card.

THINGS TO PREPARE
- Soccer ball – one ball per child for practice (Please clearly write the child’s name, division & Wings on the ball.)

- Shin Guards
- Uniform – After the registration, Head coach will assign your child a jersey number. $30 a set (to include jersey, shorts and socks) is available at Guam T-shirts in Harmon (telephone No. 649-5979, Mr. Frontier Jeong)
- Water – bring plenty of water for practices and games.

We have family fun games at the end of each season practice.
Coaching Staff
The Wings Soccer Club assigns one coach and an assistant (if available) to each division. Many of them hold “B” or “C” Coaching License certified by Asian Football Confederation (AFC). For additional info: www.the-afc.com
Request from Wings to parents/guardian:
- For Under 6 division, we ask your participation as parent coach from time to time. Please help assist the coaches at the field.
- For Under 8 and 10, we need some parents to stay at the field as emergency caretakers. (In case of nose bleeding or minor injuries)
- Please be punctual on drop-off and pick-up time. The players meet 30 minutes prior to the scheduled game time during GFA Youth League.
- Please volunteer! We have several events throughout the year and we may ask your assistance.
- Keep the field clean! Please bring back your own trash (empty bottles, etc.)
